Business, political, religious, education and other leaders in the Cincinnati area are working to create a preschool funding program. The effort is called The Cincinnati Preschool Promise. WNKU's Steve Hirschberg talked about the initiative with Greg Landsman, Executive Director of Strive Partnership, a cradle to career education consortium.
