Vern Riffe Student Isaac Breech Wins Second Place in International Poster Contest

Isaac Breech, a sophomore at Vern Riffe School is celebrating his second place finish in the United Travelers of America International safety poster contest. Principal Mark Cornwell says students from across the U-S and Canada took part in the event. He explained the idea behind the contest to WNKU’s Matt Kelley.
