Scioto County BDD to Present Fall-O-Ween Carnival

The Scioto County Board of Developmental Disabilities will hold its first annual Fall-O-Ween carnival this Monday. Spokesperson Shawn Jordan says the proceeds from the celebration will directly benefit the students at Vern Riffe School. Jordan explained what they’re raising money for to WNKU’s Matt Kelley.
