The city of Portsmouth is continuing to move forward with its Land Reutilization Program following the successful sale of nearly a dozen tax delinquent or blighted homes and properties.
According to Health Department spokesman Andrew Gedeon , the city is already moving to foreclosure on sixty more properties.
