Cincinnati, Ohio, August 31, 2012—MidPoint Music Festival (MPMF) has revealed the complete performer and venue schedule on its website, MPMF.com, and launched the vitaminwater player to coincide with the unveiling.  New venue's include the main stage at Washington Park, the Emery Theatre, and the WNKU Stage at Arnold's!

HIGHLAND HEIGHTS, Ky. –Dust is flying, insults are being lobbed across the proverbial aisle and the siege of television commercials has begun. Ahh, election season in America. As the nation barrels toward what promises to be one of the most contentious, interesting and entertaining presidential elections in modern history, Northern Kentucky University will welcome two men who have been there and done that.

WNKU welcomes The Kenny Wayne Shepherd Band (featuring Cincinnati's own, Noah Hunt) and the Robert Cray Band to the Taft Theatre on Sunday, September 16th.  You'd be hard-pressed to find a more impressive co-bill of legendary guitarists on tour, so we're pretty excited about the show.

Studio 89 has grown to include both a spring and fall series!  The fall series begins September 17th and will again air Monday nights at 7:00pm.  Each session will include a live studio audience of WNKU members.  Not yet a member?  Become one today or make a donation and become a member on the spot!

If you like BBQ and the Blues, you'll want to head to Madison, Indiana this weekend for Madison Ribberfest.  The two day festival features barbecue competitions, a 5K, kids area, and of course, live blues music by Trampled Under Foot, Nick Moss, Johnny Hoy & the Bluefish, Robert Cray, and many more.
