Kelly Richey has been described as “Stevie Ray Vaughan trapped in a woman’s body with Janis Joplin screaming to get out.” That's probably enough to make you want to register to see her band kick off the Spring 2013 edition of Studio 89, but we'll tell you a little more about what to expect.

WNKU's long-running live radio show featuring established and emerging musicians from around the world performing in front of a live studio audience, returns to the airwaves on Monday, February 18th. The show will air live Monday nights at 7:00 pm until the season finale on May 6th.

It's not often we have a friend and neighbor from Northern Kentucky who goes on to get signed by Sub Pop Records. Daniel Martin Moore is a singer and songwriter from just down the road from the WNKU studios in Cold Spring, Kentucky.
