06 Jan January’s LOCAL DISCOVERY: This Pine Box

WNKU’s Local Discovery for the month of January is This Pine Box  founded in March of 2016 by Jake Knight (lead vocals/guitar) and  Sean Warpenburg (bass). This Dayton band, which also includes Joe Tellmann (guitar), Braden DeVine (piano/keys), Tony Parsons (drums), and Carsen Holaday (vocals), released their debut EP in July and was featured as Firenote’s artist of the month on Bandcamp. This Pine Box is currently recording at Ultrasuede Studio with John Curley (Afghan Whigs), and recently released the single “Point of View” in promotion of their upcoming full-length album.
